What if I buy tickets and then I can't make it?

As a nonprofit, we are not able to give refunds.  We can exchange your tickets for the other performance of the same opera, subject to availability.  You can also donate your tickets back to the opera and we will give you a letter of receipt for your tax-deductible contribution of the value of the tickets.
