Ms. Thompson is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism. As a government and public relations consultant, she provides experience in state and local arts advocacy. She is a Trustee on the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority, a co-host of a statewide political news program, writes a column for the Reno Gazette Journal, and is a registered lobbyist.
