Jukebox was a great success with over 160 music lovers in attendance. Cami Thompson, Francesca Caviglia, Steven Murdoch and Karen Solaegui-Lyman were soloist standouts. Jason Stanton accompanied an amazing variety of songs from the piano. The Nevada Opera Chorus provided a number of ensemble and lead offerings.
Of note, and a crowd favorite, Il Nome, the Chorus's Madrigal Ensemble performed several numbers ranging from traditional Madrigals to Andrew Lloyd Weber. This talented group is also available for private affairs.

Nevada Opera presents Jukebox Unhinged! (formerly Jukebox Opera), a musical evening of live performances and incredible food! At Jukebox Unhinged, you bid to choose which musical numbers soloists and members of the Nevada Opera chorus perform.
Cami Thompson, who starred as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd will perform solo numbers In addition, Francesca Caviglia (Beggar Woman in Todd), Steven Murdoch and Karen Solaegui Lyman will solo and be featured with the chorus.
Cocktail hour starts at 5:30PM, dinner will be served at 7:00PM. Pieces selected by your bids will be performed throughout the entire evening starting with selected Jazz numbers during cocktail hour and moving on to Opera and Broadway numbers during dinner and dessert. NVO chorus members will be available to discuss the selections available and bid sheets will be at each place setting.
